The Nomndayi Community Games is back with another exciting event, giving the community of Kwathema something to talk about during this festive season.
The atmosphere was buzzing as Nomndayi Community Games officially launched its 2025 Festive Tournament at 68 Ramothibe street, Kwathema on Saturday.
The event pulled a significant amount of crowd, including team representatives and community members, all looking to see what this year’s edition has in store for them.
Media and Marketing Head, Veli Msiza presided over the draw successfully as long-awaited match-ups were finally revealed.
The day began with a warm welcome from the visionary behind it all, Chairperson, Nhlanhla Msomi. He shared some profound and interesting words to set a tone for the competition.

We also heard from the guest speaker which was LFA representative since they are in partnership with Nomndayi. Followed by Thembekile Mabuso and Sechaba Mmuso, who provided prizes overview for both netball and football.
Moving forward, the draw got underway, confirming the 32 outfits looking forward to battle it out at the Ntokozweni Ground and Kwathema Stadium. CFO Bantu Ngidi then followed where he thoroughly explained the tournament rules so every team knows exactly what to expect.
